Customer Service Offices. August schedule 2025
Metro Bilbao adapts the opening hours of its Customer Service Offices to the summer period during the month of August.
Monday to Friday
- Zazpikaleak/Casco Viejo: 08:00 a 15:00
- August 1st (long weekend): 09:00 a 15:00
- Areeta and Ansio: closed.
SANTURTZI AND BARAKALDO FESTIVITIES
On the nights of Saturday, July 12 and 19, on the occasion of the festivities of Santurtzi and Barakaldo the train frequencies of the night service (between 23:00 and 06:00 h.) will be as follows:
- Basauri – Kabiezes 20 min.
- Etxebarri – Plentzia 30 min.
Metro Bilbao iniciará el martes su horario de verano, que se prolongará hasta finales de agosto
El servicio nocturno de viernes y sábados se reforzará con motivo de fiestas patronales y eventos culturales
El colofón llegará en Aste Nagusia con hasta 11 días de circulación ininterrumpida

From July 1st to August 31st, Metro Bilbao's summer schedule will be in force. During this period, the frequencies and train schedules will be adapted to meet the demand of the summer months.

Leioa festivities
On the night of Saturday, June 21st, on the occasion of Leioa's festivities, the train frequencies of the night service (between 23:00 and 6:00 h.) will be as follows:

Etxebarri - Ibarbengoa 15 min.

Etxebarri - Plentzia 30 min.

Basauri - Kabiezes 30 min.

ALL NIGHT METRO SERVICE ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS AND HOLIDAY EVES
From June 1st to September 30th, Metro Bilbao will offer uninterrupted train service on the nights of Fridays, Saturdays and holiday eves.
Every Friday and Saturday, as well as the nights of the eve of public holidays, July 24th, July 30th and August 14th, the metro will run all night long.
Customer Service Office Hours during Holy Week and Easter Week
Metro Bilbao adapts the opening hours of its Customer Service Offices to the Easter and Easter Week festivities.
