Customer Service Offices: opening hours from December 19 to January 7

Metro Bilbao is adjusting the opening hours of its Customer Service Offices for the Christmas period. 

Between December 19 and January 7, inclusive, the Ansio and Areeta offices will be closed. 

The Zazpikaleak/Casco Viejo office will be open during the following hours:  

• Weekdays (December 19, 22, 23, 29, and 30, and January 7): from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.  
• December 24 and 31: from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 
• Saturdays and long weekends (December 20, 26, and 27, and January 2, 3, and 5): from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  

All offices will be closed on Sundays and public holidays: December 21, 25, and 28, and January 1, 4, and 6.
