Carnival 2026

Metro Bilbao will increase night service on Saturday, February 14 and 21, coinciding with the carnival celebrations. 

On both days, train service will be intensified throughout the night, increasing the frequency to 20 minutes on both lines, with trains every 10 minutes on the common trunk line. 

Plan your trip and remember that the metro service runs all night.

Recommendations:  

• On the way out, recharge your Barik or purchase the occasional 2-trip ticket and avoid waiting at the vending machines on the way back. 
• When leaving the train, carry your Barik or ticket ready in your hand, you will speed up the passage through the ticket machines. 
• Follow the instructions of our station staff at all times.
