Customer Service Offices. Winter hours

As from September 1st, Metro Bilbao adapts the opening hours of its Customer Service Offices once the summer period is over. 

Winter opening hours Customer Service Offices 

• Zazpikaleak/Casco Viejo: from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00h. Saturdays and long weekends from 9:00 to 15:00h.
• Areeta: from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:30h.
• Ansio: from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:30h. 

On Saturdays after holidays all offices are closed.
