Next free travel for children under 15 years of age

From July 1 until December 31, 2025, children under 15 years of age will travel free of charge. On the day they turn 15, the free travel will expire. 

To benefit from the free travel it is essential to travel with a personalized Barik card (with photo and name). Children under 6 years of age do not need a card. 
 

How to obtain a personalized Barik card? 

It can be requested at any Customer Service Office, located in Bilbao, Ansio, Portugalete, Areeta, Leioa, Durango, Gernika and Sodupe. Consult details of the offices here. 

If you already have an unpersonalized Barik card, it can be reused and incorporate the person's data.
