Customer Service Offices. Opening hours from December 20 to January 7

Metro Bilbao adapts the opening hours of its Customer Service Offices to the Christmas period. 

Between December 20th and January 7th, the Ansio and Areeta offices will remain closed. 

Zazpikaleak/Casco Viejo office will remain open during the following hours: 

• Weekdays (December 20, 23, 26, 27 and 30, and January 2, 3 and 7): from 08:00 to 20:00. 

• December 24 and 31: from 08:00 to 15:00. 

• Saturdays December 21 and 28 and January 4: from 09:00 to 15:00. 

• Sundays and holidays: closed. 

All offices will be closed on December 22, 25 and 29 and January 1, 5 and 6.
