New opening hours at the Areeta and Ansio Customer Service Offices

Starting on January 13, Metro Bilbao is extending the opening hours of its Customer Service Offices in Areeta and Ansio, with the aim of making it easier for users to carry out their business. 

Opening hours Customer Service Offices 

• Zazpikaleak/Casco Viejo: From Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00h. Saturdays and long weekends from 9:00 to 15:00h.
• Areeta: From Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Closed on public holidays.
• Ansio: From Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Closed on public holidays.
