Customer Service Offices. Winter 2024 Schedule

As from September 2nd, Metro Bilbao adapts the opening hours of its Customer Service Offices once the summer period is over.

Winter opening hours Customer Service Offices

• Zazpikaleak/Casco Viejo open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 20:00h. Saturdays and long weekends open from 9:00 and 15:00h.
• Areeta open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:30h.
• Ansio open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:30h.
• On Saturdays after holidays all offices are closed.
